FOSS4G 2023 Prizren This is a plug-in created using pyQGIS, and an example of using it as basic data for decision-making on noise measurement station selection policy will be presented. As data for use in decision-making by public institutions, we introduce cases in which basic public data are utilized and processed to ultimately be used as core data for decision-making. It will be time to talk about how text-based data held and provided by public institutions is being used for their spatial expression and policy making, and why the opening of public data will play a more important role in the future.
